Any time you have unprotected sex you put yourself at risk of pregnancy.

The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test, most tests give an accurate result from the day your period is due - just be sure to follow the instructions in the box carefully.

The symptoms you describe are common early symptoms of pregnancy, however, they are also common symptoms of your period being on it's way.
