Any time you have unprotected sex you put
yourself at risk of pregnancy.
The only way to know for sure is to take a
pregnancy test, most tests give an
accurate result from the day your period
is due - just be sure to follow the
instructions in the box carefully.
The symptoms you describe are common early
symptoms of pregnancy, however, they are
also common symptoms of your period being
on it's way.

Breast tenderness is not a sure sign of
pregnancy. Breast tenderness can be also
present before menstruation. There are
many subjective symptoms of pregnancy
(breast tenderness, dizziness, anxiety,
nausea, vomiting etc.) that vary in
different women and that can be present
during early pregnancy. Please note,
however, that these symptoms can not be
considered secure signs of pregnancy. Lack
of menstruation is the first sign of
pregnancy that should be taken seriously,
although a missed period must also be
followed with an HPT or blood-based
pregnancy test. If a pregnancy test is
negative, it is possible that a missed
period indicates a functional ovarian cyst
and can be checked at your gynecologist's
office.
