Lack of menstruation is possible positive
sign of pregnancy; the other symptoms
you’ve mentioned are not (WET AND LEAKY
IN VAGINAL AREA with milky discharge,
TIGHTNESS, and CRAMPS). All of the latter
symptoms are present in many other
conditions. Lack of menstruation should be
treated as the first and potentially
serious sign of pregnancy, although lack
of menstruation does not always mean
pregnancy. That’s why a missed period
should be checked first with a home
pregnancy test and then confirmed with a
blood test and ultrasound.
