wonderful boyfriend, great friends, a
house, etc... But I feel like sh*t.. :\
I never cut myself, but i've thought of
killing myself and so on.
And this time of the year s always eating

much, I feel like i'velost control since
september or so!
I know this doesn't really help you, i'm
always so annoying and complaining, but I

People with depression typically withdraw
and hide from society . They lose
interest in things around them and become
incapable of experiencing
pleasure.Depression is the most costly of
all disease, largely because it disables
people who would otherwise be productive.
It is estimated that 10% of the u.S.
Population experiences depression with
women twice as likely as men. Beyond a
sad mood, there is often great fatigue and
apathy, an inability to enjoy
once-pleasurable activities, disturbed
sleep etc. Even a touch of blues can
impair the immune system. People with
severe cases have constant thoughts of
death and suicide. Approximately will
themselves during a major depressive
episode. A major depression episode is
characterized by inappropriate sadness
that persists or is out of proportion with
its apparent cause.

Depression is a condition characterized by
unhappy, hopeless feelings. It can be a
response to stressful events, hormonal
imbalances, biochemical abnormalities, or
other causes. Mild depression that passes
quickly may not require any diagnosis or
treatment. However, when depression
becomes recurrent, constant, or severe, it
should be diagnosed by a licensed
counselor, psychologist, social worker, or
doctor.
The following nutritional components may
be beneficial. St.Johns wort extract
helps to promote a positive mood and a
healthy emotional balance. Clinical
research has suggested that taking dhea

depression. The vitamin b complex 50 is
made up of several vitamins that work in
unison to support nervous system health.
Studies have shown that vitamin d and
calcium citrate supplementation may
produce elevations in mood. A complete
