Some men do, others don't.
Women often do because in certain
positions the penis can put pressure on
the bladder causing the need to urinate
afterwards, but this isn't constant. It
depends everytime, it's nothing to worry
about either way.

Women should always pee after sex (and
before if you can also.) even if sex
doesn't make you feel like going, you
should try anyway. The reason is because
sex can cause bacteria to get up into the
unrinary tract and cause an infection,
which, trust me, hurts a lot. Peeing gets
rid of the bacteria before it spreads.
Some women never go afterwards and never
have a problem, but others are more prone
to them, so it's best to be safe.
