If it is not severe (hemorrhoids does not
prolapse) it may be treated with
home-based measures and by following
preventative tips. Prolapsed and large
hemorrhoid lumps require fixative
procedures or surgery (in very servere
cases).

Small hemorhoids can be less annoying if
you take care with what you eat, for
example. If you do so, you'll probably
not even notice them.

My doctor said that once you get
hemorrhoids you're pretty much stuck with
it until you have it surgically removed.
So it does heal but it can flare up at any
given moment, so make sure you take in
lots of fiber and rink more water.

Hemorrhoids can be very painful lots of
women get them during pregnancy and
immediately following labour but they
revert /shrink and cause no further
trouble once the effects of pregnancy
subside , provided bowels are kept regular
and fiber is taken in the diet, men can
get them just the same usually thro lack
of muscle tone and poor toilet habits ,
never hang on to a poo if you gotta go go!
Use a proprietary cream/ suppository for
the acute flair ups, but really helpful
are perineum exercises, these can be done
any where any time sitting standing lying
down, simply clench the buttocks together
really tightly then relax slowly, repeat
this exercise as often as possible . You
will find this very helpful if you stick
at it for a while. I wish you well.

Hemorrhoids are a pain in the .....!
The tea that helps is known as kombucha
tea, I drink it and love it. In my humble
opinion the best place to get a starter
culture for this is Emperors Best at spam
link, I have tried others and this one
excelled. Making it is easy - although
different, and a good tea tastes like a
sparkling apple cider. It comes with
directions and the culture can be reused
over and over to give you lots and lots of
tea. You can tell I love this stuff.
Also new on the market is dannon yogurts
"activia". This will undoubtedly help as
well.
A hemorrhoid is like a varicose vein.
Horse chestnut is a herb that helps with
that.
Give yourselves time to heal up, this is
not like taking an aspirin for a headache.
