Question for whoever would like to answer
this one. Do any of you feel worse in the
morning, like right when you get up, you
automatically feel the palpitations and
difficulty breathing??

i too have the same kind of feelings and
my doctor tells me that is related to a
spasmadic colon.And along with those
spasms, I become very anxious. At first
I thought I was having heart related
problems, but after doing an ekg and
stress trest, no heart problems showed up.
Another thing; if you have been on pain
medications and have stopped them, you
could be experiencing withdrawal
symptoms."feeling like crap" is an
understatement. If you are withdrawing,
the feeling is beyond crappy. If you're
not, then you can safely rule that out.
Also, make sure that everything is okay
with your heart and if necessary, have an
ekg and stress test. If everything is
okay in that area, then check your colon
and see what types of medication there is
available for a spasdic colon along with
possibly changing your diet. Good luck
and feel better soon!

Suggestion For Symptom Treatment Posted: 01-27-07 04:34am
People exposed to prolonged anxiety often
suffer from symptoms, such as restlessness
and tension, muscle tension and / or
spasms, chest pains, fatigue, headache,
dizziness, chest pain, heart palpitation,
mood swings, sleep disturbances, etc.
We represent mitamins, an on-line company
supplying customized vitamin supplements
to the usa. We hope this information may
be of interest to you.
Anxiety describes any feeling of worry or
dread, usually about events that might
potentially happen. Some anxiety about
stressful events is normal. However, in
some people, anxiety interferes with the
ability to function. Some people who
think they are anxious may actually be
depressed. Because of all these factors,
it is important for people who are anxious
to seek expert medical care. Natural
therapies can be one part of the approach
to helping relieve mild to moderate
anxiety.
Dr balch's nutritional team has created a
formula designed to help control moderate
anxiety and stabilize the mood. Powerful
components have been added to address
nervous system health and maintain normal
stress levels. -htp, passionflower
extract, gaba, inositol and niacin have
been shown to have a calming effect on the
mind. Calcium citrate, magnesium and
valerian extract may help to relax the
nervous system. Take valerian extract 30
minutes before bedtime. Vitamin b complex
50 are essential brain vitamins.
Pantothenic acid and vitamin b6 have
stress relieving properties. Ashwagandha
extract is traditionally used to balance
stress hormones and reduce tension.
Chamomile extract is a well known
traditional remedy for stress and anxiety.
Oat straw is believed to be a restorative
nerve tonic. St. John's wort extract has
been shown to restore emotional
stability.
Dr. Balch works with mitamins to provide
custom-made natural remedies for anyone
who wants an all-in-one daily supplement
that addresses all their health concerns,
as well as providing the vitamins and
minerals needed for optimum health and
wellness.
