My father is 60 years old and the other
day we discussing a few things. I felt
his lmyph nodes and he said that they were
tender and have been for a very very long
time. When I felt them I did not press
hard at all but he made a face. He seems
to be in good health, he has check up with
our fmaily doctor every three to six
months and doesn't seem to have any other
symptoms. I have asked him to tell the
doctor but he will not, just wondering if
I shoudl try to convince him to say
something, concerned that might be early
stages of lmyphoma. He is over weight
and really can't tell if there is swelling
of any kind, but doesn't seem to be.
Please let me know what I should do.

If you know your fathers physican, call
him and tell him the info you have written
here. Inform him that your father will
not say anything and that you are
concerned. I had to do that with my own
father, whom I lost last year to cancer.
