Hmmm I only had four waffles for breakfast skipped lunch and then ate three giant burgers :p man were they good, hehehe but tomorrow ill eat good Smile

Today I had a bread and milk for breakfast and then went to the gym ^^ yaaay! Then had an icecream at five ^^ it was with my boyfriend, so I have that excuse. And I feel good Smile

Maybe I should start working out but I hate working out alone, but I dont want people to see me in shorts and everything, god I hate being sooo damn self conscious(sp?) I hate thinking about what others see when they see me, or what I see about myself or how I act, its a damn freaking disease its going to consume me soon Crying

You need to get a plan or so, in a way that it's easier to make you do something.. Ask a friend, do excercises at home...

I try to ask people but they are about as lazy as I am, man I wish I had a dog the dog wouldnt refuse Sad but we have some stuff at home so I can do that for about an hour or two every day, hmmm I was wondering does everyone exercise alot, because that was like one of the things my therapist asked me, she was like do you workout constantly

i feel like sh*t sometimes, like I can't cope with any decisions I make... When I establish somethings and then break it...
But yesterday was a better day... For eating... And today I skipped breakfast to make it easier too, and probably will skip tea, because I had a huge lunch :$ and how are you?

Im okay but got into a big discussion about therapy and my e.D. Its annoying really, I have to go to a nutritionist now or some crap like that, and then we got into the how whole with my older sister and dad, my older sister doesnt know and im pretty sure my mother doesnt want her knowing anything about it, and then my dad just cusses at me and says other horrible things to me, which makes me freaking depressed, but today was okay, my mom and I went to walmart to get some few things I was like can I get this, and she'd be like no thats not good for you, omg she doesnt get the whole idea that whatever it is, I wont keep it down unless if I really want too, sooo annoying but I did manage to get some doritos which took like 10 minutes, grrrr

my parents are like that as well... Yesterday mym mom said "the only thing she (i) eats well is cheese and quince paste (a dessert...), and I get so happy seeing her eating like that". I thought "omg, I must eat that like a pig... Won't have it no more"... :\

well, but maybe here she was just protectiong you from getting bad food, like doritos or something.. Because she knows what's going to happen after you have them, doesn't she? I think she was trying to help you in this particular situation...

Ive only had peanut butter crackers, which is 220 calories good day soo far, I was sooo pissed about last night that I did pretty crappy in school today Sad but I think im gonna make me some burgers and tator tots, and then watch heroes!!

i already do that.. Sometimes, I go to college on foot, which is about 5 kms away from here. And sometimes I come home walking as well.

Hmm I dont get ne exercise but im trying! Right now my mom isnt talking to me and doesnt even look at me either -sigh-

i think im getting scared to eat in front of people due to comments on what or how much im eating I get while im at school

Eating is something you do for yourself..Not anyone in school or your parrents. Think of yourself as an animal...Seriously. We eat to live..Not live to eat. Also think about the long run...As in how you want your body to be when your 50. Try to be positive about it..Saying I want to look good when im 50!! Just some thoughts ^_^.

Yesterday night I finally managed to poop.. Since friday! Shocked and I had no need of using laxative this time, but I had a lot of stuff to see if it worked. Today I must go to the loo again, because I can still feel my bowels full (i can really feel it :p).
I've already walked for almost 2 kms today, in the past hour. Smile

-sigh- okay ya'll know how I said my mother will no longer buy me any food, well were going shopping tomorrow with my older brother and he was gonna take us to olive garden(italian resturant) but my mom called and was like um no we cant go out to eat because of cathy, I was like omfg are you kidding me! I was like why you go and say that, she was like thats the deal, I was like I didnt make no damn deal with you and then we got into a fight about that, and then later she comes up to me, she was like we can go and make it totally impossible for u to throw up

p.S. If ur ever thinking of telling someone, dont! For me it has been nothing but a mistake and blown up totally in my face~!
