I have heard that if you are preg and you
left your hands above your head then the
cord wraps around the babies neck.Could
this be true?

If you leave your hands above your head
when? Maybe I am not understanding the
questions correctly?

Hi I am 5'11 and because I am so tall my
aunt told me when I get further along to
make sure I don't pull stuff down or put
stuff up high also. Let me know if you
ever find out. I go to the Dr. Tomm and
I will ask my obgyn what she thinks.

Hey how are you. I have heard that
lifting heavy stuff at all while your
pregnant can cause some kind of harm to
your baby. When I was pregnant with my
daughter, the doctor told me all the time
not to lift heavy stuff, to have someone
else lift it if it had to be moved. I
hope this helps.

Hey girls, I had to go to the dr today and
she said it is not true, old wise tell.
I was relieved because I am the tell
one!!! Plus the fact that I am tall and
was so worried that wow, I cant be doing
that. She said the reason the baby gets
wrapped around is because they play in
there. You could crawl up in a fetal
position and the baby could still get
wrapped around. Do not worry about it
though, it causes to much stress and
worry, don't want to have a a paranoid
baby, lol.
Now, about the lifting heavy stuff. No,
you should not lift heavy stuff during
pregnancy. You do not want to strain
yourself!!!
