For the pass few days, I have been feeling light-headed. My diet is not good so i'm not sure if I have too much or too little of sugar, salt, and carbs. What are the causes of light-heads?

Could be many, many different things. And could definitely be your diet if that's a concern. Iron deficiency is one of the biggest causes of fatigue and nutrition issues... check that out! And eat better!!
