I got bad cramps but it hurts to sit down like it hurts my pelvis when I sit on my butt what is up with that? Lol I am standing at my computer right now lmao, weird stuff

Your pubic bones probably are in the process of returning to their pre pregnancy position. It can pinch nerves and certain positions can be uncomfy!!!

I had bad cramps if I did anything but sit. Doc said it was from uterus returning to normal size, shape. Walking was the worst. I felt like I was going into labor again. It goes away after a couple of weeks.

It is completely normal. Your body has to get back to normal down there, since everything was moved around. If it gets worse though, you need to check with your doctor. Best of luck!
