I noticed that I have a very dark brownish discharge..(almost black). And it started the week berfore my period. Now its the week of my period and its still appearing. I have been on birth control pills for a whilel now and I have no other symptoms like discomfort or itching. Should I be worried or is this just old blood thats coming out?

Well brown discharge before your period is called old blood. It happens to me almost month a day or two before my period. Your body is cleaning itself out. If you concerned still, you can ask your gyno but I believe it's normal.
