I am also 5' 5"!!!!!! I don't mind being
a bit overweight to tell you the truth,
but nothing is tight like it used to be
and i've been growing dimples on my
arse......Sooooo not attractive!!!!! I
can handle about 20-25 pounds for this
baby.....I am praying at least. I just
hope I can take it all off within a year
after?!!!! My body loves to hang onto fat
though and it hates me when I exercise and
try to lose it! Lol
you're beely pic's are beautiful!!!! You
don't look like you ever weighed 150
before. I mean my hips are literally
getting fatter as we speak, not to mention
my legs and my back. Does this baby need
to think I need to get fat everywhere?!
Lol!

I hear you girl!!!!!! I am praying that
after the baby I can keep up the good
eating habits and work out to lose the
weight! I am a regular at the gym to
begin with, but lately my body has wanted
to add weight and not let me lose any of
it - before getting pregnant that is!!!!
I'm only 6 1/2 weeks along and i've
already gained about 2 1/2 - 3 pounds.
That's not a good sign is it???
I hope that my belly and body look like
your's when I get bigger. You're belly is
perfect and beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you
find that your tatoo stretched at all? I
have a small one on my hip, but don't know
what it'll do??? After babies, I want to
have it covered up with something else.
It's a small black gecko now, and I don;t
like it anymore!!!!
Nadia - I don't imagine you are a
"whale"!!!!! My doctor told me the last
time I went for a physical that I was
about 15 pounds overweight, and he said
that for my age and height, I should be
around 130 - 135, sooooooo......... Who
knows??
I am no small girl that's for sure. I
have big bones, and I thought it was just
an expression people used to be nice!!!
Lol!
Work out and sweating here I come in about
9 months or so.........Great

My tattoos actually haven't stretched that
much at all, surprisingly! I mean, of
course they're stretching, but even my
doctor was like "wow, your tattoos look
incredibly good for being 30wks pregnant."
.I use cocoa butter formula & shea
butter balm religiously every single
night, so maybe it's helped!

Stop fishing for compliments.
"i'm overweight".
You are practically begging for the "omg

no of course not. You aren't posting
pictures of an almost negative belly and
calling yourself a fatty.
It's like when someone says "omgah im sooo
ugly" and then shows pictures of
themselves. If they really thought those
things they wouldn't show pictures at all,
they just like to hear it!

I wish I had a belly like that before I
got pregnant! I've always been a little
overweight but nothing to worry about and
besides I would rather have a huge butt
and a flabby belly than have the same
weight as a 8 year old like so many people
try to do now.

Tanya - just who the hell do you think you
are? Not "fishing for compliments" at all
here, just speaking the truth when people
are being nice with their compliments.
Sooo, you're response is not needed here,
nor wanted.
What are you....Like 15? I am speaking
m.Y opinions and feelings, and I am the
one who can see myself in the mirror each
day, not you. And actually, I weight
lift, so no, I don't want the ever so
skinny tooth pick body, that all the teens
die to have these days.
Take your negative comments else where.
If you want to post nasty messages, then
you'll be at a war of words here.
Everyone else here has been very nice.

Jae, please don't. She *just* had a baby,
and doesn't need an argument.
People have they're opinions, and you can
either reply, or ignore them.
It's easier said than done, trust me, I
know!
but cut her some slack, she's a brand
spankin new mommy!

well, thank you sarah for your kind words.
If she just had a baby, then she should
know better of all people, that kindness
is a virtue. She had every opportunity to
pass this post and herself not post
anything. Anyways, I will be
kind..........
Tanya, congratulations on the birth of
your new baby - I hope all is going well
for you. Sorry to health forum on the
last post - I just did not appreciate your
comments about something that is not true.

It's cool. I know how I was right after I
gave birth. Lol...I didn't give a
medical answer.
I'm sure it didn't come out right...Ya
know? She might not have intended it to
seem harsh, it just came out that way.

Thanks sarah. I saw some of your pictures
on another post and your baby is
beautiful!!!!!!!!
arcadia - what is the name of the creams
you are using? I started to use some
"palmer's" brand creams to help reduce
stretch marks later in pregnancy, but not
sure if I like it?!

On the stretchmark issue. I'm an
.Esthitician(i work on the problem of the
skin.) stretch marks are inevitable...If
you don't gain too much weight, you won't
get them. 20-25lbs is the optimal weight
gain.
Of course I gained 60...

I gained 37. My hips (left one,
especially) are pretty bad, but my tummy
is untouched. My boobs are pretty tore up
too, but that was from my milk
engorgement.
My daughter is 5 months old, and my
stretch marks are fading.

.You can call me .Krissy!!
.I use .Palmer's .Cocoa .Butter .Formula..
I heard the actual stretchmark stuff is
crap, so .I went with just cocoa butter
formula. No idea if it's helped a lot,
but .I do know that my skin is super duper
soft from using it &.I don't have a
lot of stretchmarks yet at all, &.I'm
almost 31wks &.I've gained like 26lbs!
So .I'd say its worth a shot! If
anything it'll help keep your skin
moisturized so your stretching belly won't
itch! The shea butter balm .I use is from
.Bath & .Body .Works.. I think it's
called ".Too .Shea" &it's awesome!
