Sarah - thanks for the advice on the
stretchmarks. I still have some from
"growing" years ago!!!! All I can do is
hope that I am a lucky one and don't get
too many!!!

arcadia - what is the name of the creams
you are using? I started to use some
"palmer's" brand creams to help reduce
stretch marks later in pregnancy, but not
sure if I like
it?!
.You can call me .Krissy!!
.I use .Palmer's .Cocoa .Butter .Formula..
I heard the actual stretchmark stuff is
crap, so .I went with just cocoa butter
formula. No idea if it's helped a lot,
but .I do know that my skin is super duper
soft from using it &.I don't have a
lot of stretchmarks yet at all, &.I'm
almost 31wks &.I've gained like 26lbs!
So .I'd say its worth a shot! If
anything it'll help keep your skin
moisturized so your stretching belly won't
itch! The shea butter balm .I use is
from .Bath & .Body .Works.. I think
it's called ".Too .Shea" &it's
awesome!
thanks krissy! I amy just go and try
some! I've heard from other people too
that the "stretch mark" cream wasn't good
for them and that they used shea butter
(like yourself) and vitmain e cream!!! I
looked at getting some, but it's
expensive!! Oh well, it's worth a shot!

I got my bottle of .Palmer's stuff *right*
when .I found out .I was preggo again
(that was in .July) &.I still have the
same bottle! So you'll most likely only
have to buy one bottle of it! The .Shea
.Butter .Balm is pretty expensive,
.Chris's mom got it for me as a gift
&she left the price sticker on it
&it was like $17!!

So much talk of your belly girl!! Lol I
think you look beautiful!! I cant wait to
have a bump again! (well in someways I
can lol!)
i am increasing in size myself really
rapidly aready!! I can already notice a
difference from the 10 week pics I did!!
I think though
some of it might be because of stoppiing
smoking. I have literally been eating
everything in sight!! I got to start
thinking about eating better abit more!!

.Yep! Palmers .Cocoa .Butter .Formula!
It probably wont prevent
stretchmarks.. But it'll help moisturize
your skin &maybe will help make the
stretchmarks you *do* get less dark. I
put it alllllll over my belly- especially
my lower belly &around my belly
button, &on my hips. I used to put it
on the sides of my boobs, but .I gave up
on that. &.I've never bothered
putting it on my thighs or anything like
that.

Just checking i've got the right idea. I
probs won't bother that much with my boobs
I have a lot of faded stretch marks on
them due to them going from a 34c to an
34f in three months and that was before I
got pregnant so i'm dreading the size they
will be!

Let it soak into your skin beofore putting
your shirt back on. The lotion will
moisturize your shirt instead of your
belly!!
Wow i'm really not nice sometimes, I gotta
stop that. No idea why I even said

deal. She's a girl and she's doing
alright, 6 days old today! Just hurting
my boobs a lot.
And trust me, stretch marks seem like a
much bigger deal before you have than than
after you get them, but you might end up
with none! I didn't get lucky, but they
don't bother me nearly as much as I
imagined they would before I had them.

i hear you. If I get them, then oh well -
just figured I try to stop some of them if
possible!
I don't think i've met anyone who came out
of a pregnancy with no stretchmarks!!!!!!
A baby girl?!!! What fun to be able to
dress her in all sorts of fun girly
clothes....Well, may be not yet, but the
time will come! I think they make way
cuter things for girls than for boys these
days!!!!!
Jolie - you have to let me know about your
doc's app't!!!!!!!! Good luck! And I
hear you about wanting to eat instead of
"smoke" - but so far, all i've been
craving is loads of fresh fuit,
specifically mango's, cherries,
grapes......Which is crappy, b/c I can't
get those right now b/c they are not in
season
