Im having bad lower back pains along with
very low stomach pains. Could anyone tell
me if these are possible contractions? My
stomach isnt tightning and the pains are
constant so im confused. Any opinions
would be very appreciated!!
They might be mild ones or braxton hicks,
real contractions become regular coming at
intervals like coming and going and
eventually they get really really painful.
How far along are you?

Almost 37 weeks!!
So the uterus doesnt have to nessacery
tighten to have false contractions?
