Hahahahaha sarah......

If being stressed out to the max is an appitite suppressor then I guess that it's helping me loose wieght....I dont think that it's really good for my body though....I am stressed to the max and I just realize that I forgot to eat dinner last night.

So for me stressing out and forgetting about dinner.....That is it.

You can gain weight from a bad appetite!! I mean, starvation is one thing, but forgetting a meal can lead to gain. Or maybe not...Hell, I don't know!

I'll make you forget alll you worries girl!

Try weight watchers my sister did that and she said she found it quite easy because you can eat what you want, obviously in moderation!!

She did really well on it too! I think I am going to do that after this babys born I have gone up a dress size with every baby I have had and never bothered to lose it!! Think its about time I do something about it!!

I love weddings!! I am trying to get chris to set a date for ours!!

I have lost 35 lbs, in 6 months. I stopped eating dairy which is alot harder then it seems and no snacking after 8 p.M. I don't really exercise and I have maintained this weight loss longer then any other, usually by now I am back up and feeling bad, but the no dairy thing is really working for me.

I lost 65 lbs after christmas last year before I got pregnant. I found that writing down what I ate really helped and measuring out portions. After you do it for a while you just learn whats the right size and how much you are putting in your mouth. Buying a food scale also helps for meats and such, or if you hate measuring the smart ones, lean cusine frozen dinners etc helped when I was in hurry. I also know that i'm a pretty big snacker so by writing down calorie counts I was able to put aside a few extra calories for an evening snack. There are also sites with calorie estimators that tell you about how many calories you should consume each day and I made sure I stayed close to those number. Then add a little exercise and you'll be good to go! It was hard in the beginning but after a few weeks you feel sooo much better! Good luck with all your wieght loss efforts!

I'm doing weight watchers. I've done it in the past and lost 80 pounds. This time around i've been on it for 2 weeks (tomorrow) and i've lost 6 pounds so far. It's wicked easy and I still eat chocolate every day!

I hear that. We're having something small. Maybe a hundred people...Tops. At a little place called : .La.Maison .Creole.

It's hard paying for weddings. Thank .God .Baron's brother is a .Dj, and so are all of his friends. So I have plenty to choose from.

100 people makes a small wedding?

Shocked

mine's going to have like 20 people tops. We're doing a simple (quick) ceremony and then going to a fancy restaurant for a meal. That's it.

the way I *was* doing it,was eatig very small portions throughout the day.Only eat when your hungry and don't over eat, don't eat until your stuffed, only until your not hungry anymore.Fish, chicken and veggies are good for you to eat and not ain too much.Kepp your calorie count down and try throughout the day to do a little walking or something. The less calories you take in and the more you burn with exercise will help you lose it.

Tazzy, are you in the .U.S.? I'm pretty sure weight watchers is offering free registration right now. You could always just go check it out and see if it's for you. I really do highly recommend it!
