According to the major symptom that you report (an urgent need for urination) you could be experiencing a bladder infection (cystitis). You can visit your primary health doctor and ask for standard urinary analyses and perhaps a prescription for an antibiotic. Urinary infections are more common in women than in men and they are usually provoked by bacteria that originate from the anal region (Escherichia coli).
