Yes, if you start haart soon enough.
Keeping your cd4 level higher than 200 to
prevent an oi. A cd4 level <200 with
an oi. Puts one in the classification of
having aids per the cdc's guidelines.

Yes! Some people never
progress to AIDS. With medication HIV
positive people can lead a long and for
the most part good life!
