Help - Asthma/bronchitis, Menstration & Chronic Colds Posted: 01-11-07 22:12pm
This is all true. Please, someone help
us.
My fiance (female, 23 years old) has
chronic asthma & bronchitis. She
lives in the van nuys, california area
(bad air). She has sleep apnea but cannot
use a bipap machine without getting very
sick the following day. Therefore, she
doesn't usually get proper amounts of
oxygen into her blood. Her immune system
has been comprimised by stress and
diabetes. She has had some cancer that
was removed (uterus and close to her
heart, not in or on). About 1 1/2 years
ago she had a benign tumor removed from
inside the front of her skull. She was
also severly abused by her father from the
age of 3 to 17 and now has chronic
nightmares everynight.
Last month when she got her period she
became sick with a terrible cough, sore
throat and ended up at the hospital where
they gave her antibiotics. Yesterday she
started her period and once again these
symptoms are back and she feels miserable
with a pounding headache (from all the
couphing), running nose, watering eyes.
I am beginning to think these symptoms are
lung related (bronchitis). Her asthma has
not been properly treated by a specialist
and she can't even see one for at least 6
weeks. Can anyone offer any advice or
share thoughts?
