Hello,
For a few days now (roughly 4 or 5) i have
been feeling a very painful bruise like
pain at the bottom left shaft of my penis,
and where there is pain, there is a
semi-large bump that goes down the left
side of my penis which is tender and is
painful when touched or agitated, I have
not had sex so i do not believe it to be
an STD.
What does this mean? and will it go away
eventually?

The painful, semi-large bump you notice at
the bottom of the shaft of your penis
could be some type of furuncle (hair root
infection). You can see a
dermatovenerologist for an examination, to
establish a correct diagnosis and to start
proper treatment.
