I have been experiencing vaginal dryness
for some time now but especially after
having my second child and a tubal
ligation. I've tried astroglide and ky
jelly, but still dry out during
intercourse and my partner is very
frustrated, not understanding that I'm
more frustrated than he is. what can we
do?

Delivery and tubal ligation are probably
not associated with the vaginal dryness
you are experiencing. Foreplay is very
important for wetting the vulva and
vagina. Lubricants are also very useful.
The final option for treating vaginal
