If you have a 40mg propranolol (hope I
spelled correct). If you split in 2 and
take half is that equivalent to the 20mg
dosage, or if you split into 4 and take
quarter is that equivalent to 10mg dosage.
Are you allowed to split tablet and are my
assumptions above correct or should I go
to doctor and get a 10mg or 20mg
prescription
