Both the drugs that you mention, muse (alprostadil) and cialis (tadalafil), are used to treat impotency. Muse is used locally as an injection in the penis or as an intra-urethral suppository. Cialis is used as a pill. Both medicines increase the blood flow in the penis that causes erection. You can try using one of the medicines, first. If you are interested in using both medicines at the same time, you should first consult your doctor.
