Has anyone ever heard of a woman not being able to carry a certain sex full term? If so, any sites with more info? Thanks in advance. :d

Why would gender have anything to do with that? Neutral

Well I guess what I am asking is...Are there certain genes (?) that can affect a female fetus and not a male fetus, and therefore affect viability?

Not that I know of. I believe that females are genetically superior to males though.

Actualy that is possible, my husbands biological mother couldnt carry girls, thats why he has 4 brothers (its really confusing when they all have names that start with t lol)

not sure of sites (i can look it up later if you want, a bit busy at the moment, putting a shelf together) but im sure there are some out there

i also asked the genetic counselor about it when I had my amnio just cause I was curious and she said it is possible

The gender has no role in miscarriage. Most miscarriages are due to chromosone abnormalities and nothing more , especially not to te extent of gender.

I couldn't find anything on it. Ask your doctor.
