I have a stomach ailment. I'm currently on prevacid which helps with the acid-reflux I have, however it does not alleviate the pain along both sides of my rib-cages, both upper and lower. The pain gets worse at night. Fatty foods seem to aggravate it, along with a lactose intolerance. I'm currently in peri-menopause, and also have hot flashes. Any advice as to what's wrong? I fell on cement about two months, and hit both rib cages (especially my right side). Thanks, janet kling

For how long you have been experiencing the "stomach ailment"? Have you ever done an abdominal ultrasound scan in order to confirm/exclude any gallbladder disorder? Have you ever done a Helicobacter pillory blood test?
