I had an ectopic pregnancy about a year ago and they said it would be less likely for me to ever have a kid . Well my period don't start till next week but I feel like i'm pregnant I have the symptoms of itchy boobs and headaches... The only thing is if I am i'm scared it might be growing in the wrong spot again cuz I feel like theres something in my right abdomen close to my uterus...Is this a sign thats its going to be in the wrong spot again?

We cant tell you if your haviing another ectopic pregnancy you would have to go to the doctors and have them check it out. I had a ectopic back in august 2005 and the doctors said that my chances of having another ectopic were higher and that my chances of having a baby went down a little bit every ectopic you have slims your chances even more well thats what I was told anyway. And now in 37 weeks preggo on thursday. I would try not to worry about it but if you are concerned about it you should go to the doctors

So there is hope ... Well I hope if I am pregnant I just don't want it to be another ectopic pregnancy . Because they said the same thing to me after I had the surgery to remove it.

If I were you i'd wait for a pregnancy test and if it reveals positive then go straight to your gp. There really isn't much harm in waiting as it isn't big enough to cause any damage yet. Ectopics are dangerous after 5 weeks. How do I know this? Because my mum is one of the few in england to experince ectopic pregnancies. Because of this she has lost both of her fallopian tubes. Best of luck. Xx

Yeah, I agree with lauren_jay, my ectopic was in october (lost a tube as well) and the doctor basically told me that for future pregnancies to get an ultrasound as soon as I find out I am preggy. So I think its safe to wait until you get a positive pregnancy test then you can go to your ob/gyn for an ultrasound.

I hope that everything turns out great for you! As soon as you get a positive result, then call your doctor to make sure. Hopefully it is a healthy pregnancy for you!
