they finished deliberation today and
turned in their verdict, so now he can.
But before this afternoon, he wouldn't
tell me a single thing. Not even what the
trial was about! But I can understand why
now, because it turns out it was about an
aggrevated rape + theft.
This chick was at a bar and had a bit too
much to drink, so she went out to the
parking lot to lay down in her truck. She
rolled the windows down to have some air
while she napped, and woke up with a man
on top of her. He stole her truck
afterward too.
Anyway, he didn't want to tell me about
that because then I would have gone off
about it and would have influenced him.
If he loses his appeal(s), he's getting
life.
Mel: I took a nap without the tylenol, and
woke up feeling sooo much worse! So I
broke down and took two and feel better
now. I really hate taking meds if I don't
have to, but meh, it was kicking my ass
today
