I Am Scared of Dying

Well who ever was brought on this world has to die some day just get ur mind somewhere else just say to ur self if I do good deeds in this world once I die I will be in a place 1000 times better then this I use to be scared but not know I know I have to face my god some day so when ever

I was small it didnt go for a while(years) use to think of it mostly in the night and cry saying I done too many bad deeds I still think about t bt I would prefer to die before my mum/aunty becuase I cant see nothing happening to them.
Yes I did use to think like u but when I was outside with my friends I use to forget it mostly wen I was alone

Soon as I wake up in the morning I sat 2 myself I am scared of dying and then alday do u think I will always be thinking of this r it will go

Na trust me you wont be thinking of it all the time it is just a suspiciuos in ur heart thats it all u need is right person to speak to u and get the fear out of u I hope it goes quick anyway how old are u and how long have u been thinking about it

I am 28 and 6weeks I av been thinkin of it I am on anxiety tablets been on them 4 weeks

Too much tablets are not that good. Do u also get headaches I have been getting headaches for weeks and everyday.
Just try and focus ur mind elsewhere u will forget it I hope fingers crossed

It all started by worring about dying I went to my docs they put me on depression tablets but anxiety got worse so he put me on sum others been on them 4 weeks I think ive worried that much that I am scared of dying thank u

I dnt get headaches as such but when I think about it all the time my head feels funny doesnt hurt like so how long was u thinking of it for and was u just like me

All I have to say is dont fear u have to die oneday it`s better to die without thinking off it in the last weeks I was thinking I was going to die soon becuase off my headaches but didnt bother

Hi everyone....I'm new to this forum and I think I have the same feelings you all have. I have always been an anxious person, but never really depressed. I am a happy person, I feel so lucky to be healthy and have a fantastic family. Everything is great. My anxiety had worsened at one point and I now take medication. I've being doing great for years. However, for the past 2 weeks, i've been having horrible feelings about death. I am very close to my parents and I couldn't imagine life without them. They are healthy and in their early 60s, but for some odd reason, I obsess about the thought of being without them. What happens after we die? I love life. I love my family and my fiance and I don't want to ever leave earth. I want all of us to stay together for eternity. I believe in heaven, but what if I can't find my loved ones? Will I be alone? This isn't a fear of my imminent death or that of my family. I have been worrying about our lives stopping and us ceasing to exist. Do we just disappear or live in spirt?

The only thing that troubles me about dying is I dont want to go far from my close ones that I realy love but have to face the fact am going oneday I love people that are far from me in the other world and I think in this short life we have to stay apart from them too

Hello, hope your feeling ok. Just a quick
note to tell you,i used to have panic attacks about dying ever since I was 10 years old, now I am 31. Stoped having them about 3 years ago.
One of the things that helped me are whenever I got a panic comming on I tried to not be scared of death but to realise it was the feeling I was getting, that I was scared of. So I stoped myself having the feeling by thinking of anything else when I started to panic ( it does work .)

Hi, new to this site. I think about dying all of the time, especially since my parents are old and they are'nt gonna be around. Can't even imagine that. I really can't tell you that there are so many that are afraid of the d word also. I guess we don't have that buffer in our brains to keep it out of our constantly worried mind. Once you get something in your head, it's hard to get out.

I always think of it too. It's horrible and it interferes with my life and I think i'm getting to the point where I will need to go back on anxiety pills cause I have a son and need to be "sane" for him.
