Hi, i'm enrico and i'm 20. I'm italian
and been diagnosed with sle in december.
But i've been fighting to come to a
diagnosis for more than 4 years. All this
time all my symptoms have been regarded as
psycosomatic!! As I lost a lot of weight
and started havin' cognitive problems they
"labelled" me with anorexia and treated me
like a nut for years. It has been so
hard, also because I was not fine at
all.
I know it's difficoult to believe, but 4
me finding out lupus has been the
possibility to understand better what was
goin' on and make people understand who I
really was. I tell u this, because I
have now realized that lupus is such a
difficoult thing to deal with, but (i can
ensure u!) a diagnosis of craziness is
much much much worse. Often we will b
misunderstood 'cause of our disease but we
never have to get lost.....Let's keep in
