This has turned out to be a really interesting topic.

I now have things that .I can add:

ahem

i hate it when:

my car won't start (this morning)

i have to ask others for a ride and depend on them to pick me up Sad

people fake injuries at work so they can collect workman's comp or... They are discustingly overweight and injure themselves doing what everyone of us does on a daily basis, and claims it happened on the job and get to be on light duty/or out of work collecting a check. Evil or
Very Mad

people think they are entitled to a free ride, while other people are busting their butt to make a living

people who are dishonest to get their free ride

i can't stand spoiled, rotten brats who have no idea about life that get everything handed to them on a silver platter, never have to know what real life is all about and then .God forbid they lose their cash cow and have to make it on their own.

I hate ex husbands or fathers who don't support their children (emotionally or financially) Sad and then think they have every right in the world to say how to parent them

i hate telemarketers, and I hate them even more when they don't speak clear .English. It also burns my a$$ when they call at dinner time and won't stop rambling on and on.

I could go on and on, but feel a lot better already, thank you

.Bridget, you wouldn't like me, then! Apparently that's a very .Philadelphia/tri-state-area thing to say, and .I honestly say it all the time. But to be honest, .I can't stand when .I say it either! I wonder the same thing...What is a "nother"??

I used to get made fun of in high school. People would always call me a "scene girl" &everyone thought .I was weird because of my hair &my piercings &my tattoos. I still get it from time to time. Rolling Eyes

Lmao!

Around here, being "scene" has become a bad thing. The scene kids are the ones who try way too hard, &dye their hair seriously 10 different colors &put about 12 different colors of eye shadow on at one time, &they all wear huge huge huge bug-eye sunglasses &pucker up their lips when they take pictures of themselves. They go to every single local hardcore show &pretend like they are friends with the guys in the bands. &.They all stand in the front of the venue &chain smoke. &.They're all about 15 years old. Everybody looks the same nowadays &it irks me.

.I don't try to look a certain way. I just know the type of style &the type of things that .I like, &.I just go with it. I'm me &that's that!

I do hate when people judge me for my tattoos &piercings, though. Especially now that .I'm pregnant. I know .I've mentioned it in the past. But .I guess you could say that's another thing .I really really hate. When people give me grief for being a mother &looking the way .I do. One of these days .I'm just going to punch somebody in the face.

Your body, your choice, .Krissy. For .Gabe, your tattoos and piercings and such will be the norm, and what a mommy is like for him. There are plenty of women these days with tram stamps and the like, and nobody complains about them. It's not like you did anything just to be "different," you wanted the tattoos and piercings and that is your choice, and .I can totally respect that. In fact, .I think it's really cool that you're confident enough to be tattooed. I am way too scared that .I'll chicken out or hate it once it's done to be able to do that. One day .I'll bite the bullet and get something done, but maybe .I'm just deluding myself and .I won't. Embarassed
you're going to be a great mom, and don't let anyone else's opinions get you down.

People here all seem really into tattoos. I'm constantly getting positive comments on mine and i've never had a negative reaction. I guess I don't really get why people would judge you and your parenting skills based on that.

emo is "punk music on estrogen". Emo kids are an entire subculture of whiney angstry teen/preteens who are normally suburban well-off children sitting around complaining about their lives and how their parents don't understand them, and listening to emo music. They made suicide attempts, pretentious poetry, studded bracelets, cutting with safety pins, and crap like my chemical romance popular. They tell themselves they are very original as they make their way to hot topic.

People who forget that it's now 2007. Like friends I haven't seen in years that like to "joke" with me by saying "ooh look, it's .Avril .Lavigne!" because back in the day people said I looked just like her. Only the joke falls to crap immediately because no one even remembers who that girl is anymore, and she looks totally different now anyway.

People who still say "bling bling" even though that stopped being "in" years ago.

People who insist they're "different" and "damaged" just like everyone else their age.

People who think that if you hang around "alternative" people you must be a lesbian. Swear to .God, half the "popular" click was convinced I was a lesbian, and if I had a boyfriend I was "faking it".

People who insist on labeling, or living in their label. Like punk people who refuse to step foot in an .Old .Navy, because they'll look "preppy". Or people who look at you like you're a .Satanist because you like the clothes in .Hot .Topic.

People who agree with everything you say, when it's damned obvious they're only agreeing with you so you'll like them.

Little late on this post but.........

I hate:

pure stupidity (mistakes are one thing, but somethings are just purely stupid)

manipulative people

people who look at me bad for not going to college ( I am doing the job of an accountant and making pretty good money) I am taking classes now, but on my own choice and it's free because my boss is paying for it.

People judging me because I got married at 19 (no I wasn't pregnant and am not yet). People judging me because I want to have a baby. People judging me because I have a drink in public, or have a credit card. I actually had an employee at a kohls department store ask me if I was even old enough to have a credit card. Evil or
Very Mad and when I applied to get an advantage card a few months ago, I was denied because the lady said I had to atleast be 18. I was like "i'm freakin 22" get your crap right!

People in general make me mad, unless they prove themselves to me. (not you ladies, you haven't judged me like this)
