Hi everyone! Its been awhile since ive been here, but I have a new question...I am now 30 weeks (wow!) and this this is my first pregnancy therefore I have so many questions. But, my situation now is, I started getting really bad pelvic pains. Not braxton hicks, not sciatic nerve, but actual, well, bone pain. It feels like my vagina is trying to rip apart! It hurts when I stand up, sit down, roll over, cough, walk...Etc.... I have gone through all of my pregnancy books, but nothing seems to cover this. I guess I just want to know if anyone else has had this, and if it will ever go away! Thanx! Smile

i have had this for weeks now. Im 38 wks tomorrow. Its "normal". Right now your body is producing a hormone that is softening up your pelvic bones for them to seperate. It very painful to some women. Like me! But its very common! Mine actually sound like im popping my fingers when I get up of the morning!

This happened to me as well. At times it was excruciating! My doctor suggested that I try one of those belly supports. It helped a little but really not that much. I also tried not to lift my 2 year old as much, which became next to impossible anyway. I think it is just one of those things we have to deal with. I noticed that the longer I sat down the worse it felt when I got up. So just hang in there and try to figure out what helps for you. Good luck!
