I would think it's just like anything
else.. Body paint, vibrators, sex games,
biting, pulling hair, etc. It gets them
aroused.
Pain can be pleasure for some ppl.

It is a dominance thing. Or rather being
dominated. It doesent always have to be
painful as much as it is symbolic. It is
noting to be ashamed of. Think of it like
dirty talk.
