Q: Quick Question..

My girlfriend is on the pill and takes it religiously. We are sexually active but almost always use condoms as well just for the peace of mind.

She started her period this last friday, ended it sunday/monday morning and on monday we had sex without a condom and I finished in her.

I have two questions.

1, should I be worried about her being pregnant? I'll be the first to admit that i'm kind of a worrier and am pretty sure I don't have to worry but would like some reassurance.

And 2, does the fact that she was only on the 4th day of her new cycle lower the risk of pregnancy at all?

Please let me know.
Thanks :d

I am sorry I really cannot be of much help but I thought that if you were on the birth control pill it lowered your chances of conception by like 98%

The risk is very little that your girlfriend will get pregnant as long as she has taken the pill as directed. Just remember that the condom is for that added peace of mind and without it you are still protected from pregnancy. If for some reason she had missed a pill or were not taking it, then there would be a chance of pregnancy, even early in the cycle...Sperm can live in the body for many days. Hope this helps.
