Is that like the jumperoo? If so, I
started putting finn in his at 7 weeks
with a blanket wrapped around him to keep
him from flopping around. Now at 11 weeks
he doesn't need the blanket anymore and he
loves bouncing around in his.

With our first, I went out and got one
when she was about 6-7 months old, so
according to the instructions, she was ok
to use it straight away- as far as I
remember, the instructions advised you
should only use it when they can support
their back and head- like, when they are
able to sit up by themselves (you, know,
strong enough to sit up by themselves, not
nessesarily balance for hours on end, just
sit upright, and balance for a bit)
and you need to stop using it aparently
when they can either stand or walk, I
can't remember which.
Our first daughter loved it from the word
go. Our second, we probably put into it
earlier than her big sister, but she was
just kinda "yeah, it's alright. I can see
how it could be considered pretty fun" and
wouldn't be that amused for very long.
It's funny how different they are. The
first was seemingly born wanting some
independance, and was always annoyed at
not being able to do stuff she wanted to
do.
The second is a pretty placid little girl
(unless you cross her!!) who seems to be
achaiving pretty much the same stuff as
her always stirving ahead sisiter did, at
around the same age- but without the same
ansgt.

mths old when I got it, I plan on using
it with jordynne too. Isnt the johnny
jumper the doorway one? Those kind freak
me out only because the doorways in my
parents apartment I knew prob wouldnt
support it lmao.

well, then you can go by that or you can
use your own judgement and put him
whenever you think he's ready. If he has
good head control you could probably try
him in it for short amounts of time every
now and again to see how he does.

Bridget, the jolly jumper and the
jumperoo, I think, are designed
differently.
Ours, the jumperoo, has more support and
more room for their arms to rest at their
sides.
I think the jolly one is a door way jumper
and *should* be used at 3 months...Just
for comfort reasons!
