Since ive been pregnant I havent had an appetite for anything. Almost all day I have a stomach ache. Its kind of a nausious feeling. But, im not able to eat that much. I try and eat as much as possible, but my stomach hurts. What can I do to help it? Is this morning sickness or what? I just want to be able to eat enough for me and the baby.

What do you mean your stomach hurts? Like hunger pains?

I was so nauseous for the first few months of my pregnancy with .Brian, that my doctor recommended diclecton. It worked!

I never had a stomach ache in the begining but the first half of my pregnancy I was lucky to eat one meal a day. Thethought of anything made me naousous and if I ate something and puked I wasnt able to eat that food ever again lol. So my food choices were getting low lmao.
Try eating tiny meals throughout the day. Take flinstones if the prenatals make u sick. I had to do that. I lost weight in the begining but my weight went up and down the entire time I have no clue how much I gained really but my daughter was born 8lbs 4 oz and healthy so I did good.

Flinstones dont have enough iron for a pregnant women...Even if you take two a day its still not even close to what you need. My Dr. Told me the same thing.

because of the folic acid etc. My dr said to make sure to eat cereals and stu ff with 100% folic acid.

But eh whatever, I knew your comment was going to be something contradicting anything I have written. Flinstones are better then no vitamin at all if ur not eating healthy.

well I guess I just wanted the best for my unborn child so I took the prenatals. They got the chewable prenatals those did not make me sick.

here in germany even if u take prenatals they give u the iron pills even if your iron is normal but mine was low so I took them anyways. I dont think iron pills are quite as bad though . Tastewise etc
