i never tryied it before, but it seems
convincing. Have any of you tried this
site out before. I have a severe case of
premature ejacualtion for 10 years now.
It's been ruining my sex life. So I
gotta try new things...I guess. This
site offers some medication and it's
pretty expensive , but they say it
guaramtee to work. So i'll give it a
try. Has anyone try or know about
it?
nope, i've never even heard of it.
Though, it sounds a lot like boston
medical group, other than that bmg has
clinics for you to go to and take tests
and talk to you. But they basically
dispense meds at a markup and I don't know
what they do for p.E., but i've read that
they give you something to inject directly
into your penis for erectile
dysfunction.
Let us know what the meds are, how much
they cost, and how well they work.

Too bad they only offer services in the

has anyone ever talked about pe to their
family doctor?? What can he do about it?
Its not like there are precription drugs
he can give you to help(except ssri's)
thanks for any input

If you talk with your doctor about he may
take some tests or send you to a urologist
for tests. The tests may check for
underlying problems such as with the
prostate, not necessarily tests that have
to do with pe itself.
As for treatment, it'd probably be pc
exercises, psychotherapy, stop-start
instructions, squeeze technique
instructions, a prescription for
antidepressants, or a combination there
of.
There are some drugs in the pipeline
specifically for pe, but I wouldn't know
when they're coming out. And as far as
what i've read they work along the same
lines as ssri's just not as strong or
exactly the same.
I chatted with someone at the site in the
original post to ask some q's. They work
really hard to not answer anything and get
you to call. But since i'm not
particularly interested in drugs I kept at
it. I asked what combination of medicines
they use, if they're antidepressants, etc.
They skirted around it. Since they
wouldn't answer what drugs they used, I
asked what are the original purposes of
the drugs they use since there are no
drugs specifically for pe. They said that
it is for pe specifically, so I don't know
what they're selling. Maybe mix
ingredients? Either that or they just lie
and avoid answers repeatedly trying to get
you to call.

Ok, I gave them a call and found some more
info on what the drug is. They want your
information to start a file, but I refused
stating i'm only looking for information.
After talking to one person who said she
didn't have the information, but said it
was a compound drug and to talk to a nurse
that would know, i'd have to give my
information. I refused and was sent to
the manager, he tried the same thing, but
again I refused and finally got to the
nurse.
The drug is clomipramine, an ssri
antidepressant. I asked if this was the
only drug, she said yes. So they are
indeed trying to mislead people. It is
not a compound drug, and it is an
antidepressant. I asked that several
times in the chat, but they skirted around
it, now we know why.
It's given in a lower dose than if you
were to take it for depression or anxiety.
They state premature ejaculation is a
medical condition and is not caused by
anxiety or depression (though it seems
every other doctor says it's
psychological. I think it can be both).
The medicine isn't to treat depression,
but rather to lower the hypersensitivity
of the glans. Now i've been on an ssri
before and it certainly reduces
sensitivity. In fact before the ssri I
did not have pe, while on the ssri I was
practically inorgasmic through
intercourse, and it wasn't until I stopped
taking it that I ever had problems with
pe. So i'm certain the medication they
are selling will work and at the lower
dose i'm sure it's much safer with few
side effects. Then they will talk to you
throughout your treatment to adjust dosage
if necessary, etc. Unfortunately, the
phone call was cut off abruptly so I
couldn't get more info. I wonder if they
hung up on me. I don't know what dosage
they give, but looking at the usual dosage
for depression it would have to be lower
than 25mg. Treatment usually lasts 6
months, but can be longer or shorter.
So nyc216, it'd be nice if you could give
more information about dosage,
effectiveness, and what the program offers
other than just the medication.
It's not likely something i'd try, because
i'm for the most part anti-drug and anti
antidpressant.

Well I actually decided to change my mind
and go to a urologist that specialize in
premature ejaculation. I feel that I
would get treated better there. The
reason I changed was that advance medicine
said there treatment cures the problem,
but there ingrediants consists of
clomipramine and levitra. Which I don't
understand how will that cure the problem
cause doctors offer the same thing. Also
advance medicine charges $175 for a 6
month treatment which totals about $1050.
I feel that I could get that type of
prescription going to a doctor myself.
And also you don't even know who there
doctors are, there background nothing.
Now I have to call next week to get my
refund of $175 I paid for agreeing to go
through the treatment...Damn I need to fix
my pe problem. Does anyone know how long
does ssri's delay ejacualtion time?

I was gonna mention the price, but I
didn't want to upset you. You can get 6
months of clomipramine for less than half
of one month with advanced medicine.
Plus, I didn't know what other types of
support they offer. Being that they skirt
questions and mislead (which is
understandable since they truly aren't
offering anything unique) I wouldn't
necessarily trust them if they said their
"program" offered more support than just
having dosage adjusted. Sounds like
they're just a group that marks up
prescription drugs not designed for pe, by
making people think they have something
specifically for pe. Which they don't,
yet that's what they tried to sell me when
I was asking questions in chat.
Reading up on clomipramine it is one of
the most common antidepressants prescribed
for pe, so doctors can provide the same
drug.
They add levitra too, eh? They didn't
tell me that, but maybe it was because I
was asking about pe only.
I can't tell you how long an ssri might
delay your ejaculation. It depends on the
drug, the dose, the person and how their
body reacts. The dose will usually be
lower than what you'd take for depression
or anxiety and sometimes it's a "when
needed" treatment as opposed to daily. I
can tell you that when I was on an ssri
(effexor) I could go hours without
ejaculating, but that was at full (lowest
dose of 75mg I believe) and daily dosing.
With proper stimulation and my mind geared
towards ejaculating I could do it sooner
though. Don't flex your pc and you can go
longer. I flex my pc when I want to
ejaculate. How long it'd be delayed at pe
doses, I wouldn't know.
Let us know how it goes at the specialist
and what he/she recommended or prescribed.

No problem pom. Let us know about what
the sexologist says.
Nyc, do you know more about the dosing
that advanced medicine was going to offer?
I know it depends on the individual, but
i'm sure there's only a few possibilities
and they probably start everyone on the
same dose other than if it's extreme. I
checked online pharmacies and it seems
that 10mg is probably the smallest dose.
Though they say it's a compound, (you said
it also has levitra, but the nurse made it
sound like it was only clomipramine. I
wonder if they actually combine the two in
one pill, or if they just try to sell ed
drugs to pe people for more money and to
assist in confidence, etc.) so maybe they
actually manufacture their own doses.
From the chat support, I was told that
it's to be taken for a couple weeks daily,
and then after that it only needs to be
taken before performance. For single guys
it would be taken a few times a week just
to remain in the system and then before
performance. Do you know more about this?

I Saw the Doctor For Pe Posted: 02-05-07 00:55am
I saw my family doctor for my pe and he
sent me to the specialist. He put me on
zoloft. 25mg. It did last longer but I
was still a bit dissapointed. I didn't
get a chance to play with the dossage
before she ended up filing for divorce.
life's a beach
sometimes!
sice I no longer have a partner, i'm off
the meds for now, the side effects were
really weird, extra sweating, sensitivity
to caffeene, teeth chatter, and hands
shaking, dry mouth. To go off them, he
made me skip a day for 5 days (so 10
pills) and then stop all together. Now I
just take 5-htp to help with the stress of
work and the divorce, not sure if it will
help with the pe or not, I suspect not
hopefully one day soon I will get to find
out with a new partner.

I stumbled across someone talking about pe
when looking for a fitness club near me,
and someone recommended getting his
histamine levels checked. I googled a
little and found:
"""the amino acid histidine also is found
in maca root in high amounts. This amino
acid plays an often-overlooked but
important role in sexual function: during
ejaculation and orgasm. The body utilizes
histidine to produce histamine, and
histamine in the corpus cavernosum (penile
erectile tissue) ultimately is responsible
for the way ejaculations happen. Men
suffering from premature ejaculation often
show increased histamine activity; they
may be helped by a simple antihistamine,
or the amino acid methionine (which
counteracts the formation of histamine
from histidine). This is the same
mechanism that explains a side effect of
prescription antihistamines - aorgasmia
(or the inability/difficulty to achieve an
orgasm). Conversely, men and women having
difficulties achieving orgasms may be
helped by histidine supplementation - this
may increase histamine levels in the
sexual tract, which in turn make orgasms
and ejaculations easier. An additional
pro-sexual effect of histidine (as well as
arginine) may lie in its vasodilating
effect, increasing blood flow to the sex
organs. Again, the significant, natural
histidine content of maca may have played
a role in the rat studies reporting a
greater number of copulations. But it
does make one wonder - is the benefit of
additional copulations at the expense of
shorter duration and/or premature
ejaculation? Surely this subject is best
suited for truly independent (and not
product-sponsored) research."""
just one more complicated piece to the
ever growing puzzle.

Boston Medical Group Is a Total Scam Posted: 11-22-07 23:02pm
i got shuffled from room to room, spots on
the carpet and walls, the office was
extremely dirty and most likely
unsanitary.
whole place looked like one of those black
market hospitals where they do illegal
organ transplants
they promised male only but the
receptionist was a female and her friend
(her friend was possibly another
employee.)
i was stupid and paid for it too. i feel
really stupid for doing so and can't
cancel either.
