Ive a pelvic injury (pelvic osteitis) and
ive been absent from playing hockey
(field) and doing any cardio for the last
3 months and could possibly be for another
9. Ive always had a 6 pack and im big
into the gym (well not that big, about 3
days a week), im putting on muscle but I
want to limit how much weight I gain
around my stomach (especially the love
handles, their impossible to get rid of)
until I can go back to cardio/stomach
exercises, any suggestions how I could
achieve this?
