Not Showing At 16 Weeks? Posted: 01-19-07 14:55pm
Hi, i've only posted once or twice before.
But I have a question and I wanted to see
what you all think...
I'll be 16 weeks on monday (yay!) but i'm
not showing even a little bit. My next
appointment is a week from now, so I don't
know if i've gained any weight, but if I
did it's probably only a pound or two. At
11 weeks, my doctor said my uterus is
tilted back, which is why I wasn't
showing. But she said by about 14 weeks I
would notice something. So far, nothing.
I guess I just wanted to get some opinions
and see when everyone else started
showing. I'm not worried or anything, but
for some reason I want that little "bump"
to be there, lol.
Thanks!

12 weeks here! It depends tof the
position of the baby and the way your are
made..Everyone shows at diff times..My
brothers gf is 7 months along she looks
like I did at 12 weeks....It doesnt mean a
thing. As long as your baby is doing fine
dont worry...

Thanks for all the replies. I guess I
should just enjoy this time for now, as I
know for damn sure that it won't last for
much longer. Thanks again!
I know how exciting it is and how you
can't wait to have a bump.. I didn't
really start showing until about 28 weeks.
I thought I had a bump at 21 weeks.. But
looking back at the pics I didn't even
look pregnant!
It can only be a concern if you get near
the end of your pregnancy and you're
measuring small for dates.. I was and my
baby had to be born at 37 weeks because
she'd stopped growing. It's nothing to
worry about now though.. So enjoy being
thin!
