Tmj Without Jaw Pain....but Other Side Affects? Posted: 01-19-07 22:09pm
Hi everyone,i have tmj ...My jaws
click,sometime lock up a little....But my
jaws dont really hurt(unless open for
extended perionds of time....Dentist)
the side that clicks more is the side I
get headaches (usually behind the eye) and
neck stiffness
i also teach guitar and the same side
(right side) is held at a higher position
for much of the day.
Are there alot of people who dont get jaw
pain but get headaches and other
symptoms?

while you may not feel pain in the jaw
your jaw could be referring the pain to
other parts of the body. you may have
tooth aches earaches etc and nnot
actually have that problem. when you play
guitar try to keep your neck straight so
that there is no strain on your neck. Ive
been doing this a long time. if you need
