I Have One Last ? About Conception Posted: 02-05-04 22:15pm
I have listened to all the hints that all
u wonderful women have given on different
methods to conceive, but I just had one
more.
After b'dcing I know im suppose to lie
still and relax with some cushions under
my butt to help the little bliters swim
but I was told to try and pee after sex so
as to minimise getting an infection.
Does peeing matter, or should I wait as
long as possible as im a little confused
on this issue. Im thinking if I p (not
to be gross) but all the little buggers
will be washed away.
Sorry if this is a silly question and all
that but was just wondering.

I think you should lay with the pillows
under your buttox for 20 min. You
walking to the toilet and then sitting in
the upright position, gravity takes its
toll, maybe if your stuck on the habit of
peeing, alternate lay for 20 one day; pee
the next you could also just lay for 20
all the time then pee after 20 min is up.
Which ever works or comes first.

Its not a habit and I dont always have to
p I just do to limit the chances of
infection. If I was to lay on my pillows
for 20mins and then p does this have any
impact on the sperm, I mean do I flush it
all out from my system or are they past
that point.
I might just not p and stay sitting on my
pillow with my butt in the air and help
the swimmers then go to sleep or wotever
and p when I have to and not worry about
infection.

What I Do... Posted: 02-06-04 09:50am
I always lay there for about 30 minutes...
Then go to the bathroom. I always p
after bding too to minimize infection.
Then go back to bed and go to sleep. I
just feel that after 30 minutes the little
soldiers should be in there

Well I had my last af dec 10 and then
three very light spotting days around jan
24th. So I called doc and she put me on
a generic provera to force a period.
Today is my last day of that and hopefully
in a couple days I will have a period.
After af comes on cycle day 21 I have to
have some lab work done to check out my
hormones. I also have the option of
clomid but it kind of makes me nervous.
So that's my story

Jewel
just an fyi for ya. I have a friend at
work that is just now getting off of
clomid and she has gained alot of weight,
very moody, and I also heard there is a
higher risk of overian cancer when taking
it. The cancer is the main reason why I
won't take it. If I have to do anything I
may go and get artificially insemenated.
Cost alot less then invetro. Just wanted
you to be aware of the risks of clomid.
Good luck

I have heard the risks of clomid...
Ovarian cancer. But it's not confirmed
b/c what causes ovarian cancer is not
ovulating and and that is my problem.
Clomid starts the ovulation.
At least that is what I thought I
understoo

For me, a girl with a severe tipped uterus
and only one ovary, I stood on my head for
as long as I could. The first try and
gravity worked for me. Now 14 weeks!!
Just a thought for anyone trying to
conceive!!

day, days 10-17 of your cycle.
