Bad Relationship
Posted: 01-22-07 05:15am

I had a bad relationship abt 8 months ago where he cheated on me and I found out that he had been in sexual contact with many women whilst he was with me. Abt 8 months ago I was diagnosed with harpies where I suffered sever cuts all over my virginal area. However after medication I got over this but now after all this time my periods have become totally irregular. I have been having a white discharge from my small age but this has tremendously increased after this and there is a sever stench coming with this discharge. Pls help me since im clueless as to what I should do since with my country culture this is not a easy question to take to the doc too.

See a Doctor!

Its a shame, but herpes is with you for life. It is triggered by stress. In canada we have a medication that can keep the sores from coming back frequently. But since you are in sri lanka, im not sure what your options are. I really think you need to see a doctor. If this is impossible for you, then dont have sex if you can help it (if you insist, use a condom) and dont use any kinds of soaps in your vaginal area (as this disturbs the natural ph levels and causes infections and irritations) your period being late is probably no big deal, as women most of us are irregular. But, to be sure, ask a doctor. Good luck
