Alright at the base of my penis shaft, for
the past 5-6 or so years, while getting
erect, there has been a bluish vein (?)
that's visible running from the base of
the shaft, slightly leftward, for another
3 inches or so down the shaft. I think I
can isolate the incident as being trauma
(?) one particular time I was masturbating
5-6 years ago, it just felt sore
afterwards, and I temporarily had a kind
of reddish rash on the left side of my
shaft near the base. Also when this
happened, my penis developed a slight left
curve near the base of my shaft when I get
an erection. But other than that, my
penis has been able to function seemingly
fine since the incident. No pain or
anything... Still, I would be interested
exactly to learn what happened...
Now i've done some looking and it seems
"peyronie's disease" is the leading cause
of bending in the penis. But it seems
that this is mostly in older men, and I
don't know if many of the symptoms apply
to my case. Can anybody help?
Particulary interested in information
about the vein (artery?) that kind of
bulges out of my shaft a little bit more
than it did before.

Well first your talking about years...The
male penis can change over years
especially at the younger ages. The rash
was most likely due to irritation from the
masturbation, secondly the vein (?) is
normal, I have the same thing. Now what
you can do is look at a few pictures of
pensis...Seiously. You will see everyone
is completely different. If you think
there could be a problem...Let your dr
take a peek ^_^

You're right that peyronie's is usually in
older men. I believe it is also usually
caused by trauma a bit more severe than
what you described if I am understanding
your post right. It is also often
painful. Curved penises and protruding
veins are common, as color said. Two of
the main things to worry about are pain
and sudden changes. It sounds like you
might have the sudden change, but not the
pain? My guess would be that is probably
nothing to worry about, but there's no
harm in bringing it up to your doctor just
in case.
