Ok, I ussually get this burning feeling in
my upper chest, but never a rapid heart
beat, no sweating or anything. At times
i'll feel dizzy/light headed. There will
be soreness in my lower left arm, sometime
right arm. I don't have trouble
walking/talking, or functioning.
I take adderall but these symptoms don't
just accure after I take my meds. And
these symptoms never accur at the same
time as eachother.
My doctor listened to my heart and said it
sounded ok, and said it was due to stress.
Yesterday I had the rally bad chest pain
for over and hour but no dizzyness and
nothing else serious.
Im so worried, could I be causing my
physical symptoms??? Is it anxiety and
mild panick attack what is it???
