Wedding Ring!

Nick just emailed me and asked me to send
him the link to the ring I want. I hate
to assume he's going to buy it for me but
why else would he want to know? I want it
so bad!
Here's the one I picked...
i'm trying not to get too excited since he
probably isn't buying it anytime soon. I
guess I don't even need it since we're
secretly married and I wouldn't be able to
wear it around my family.

Oops... I meant to post my engagement
ring too so I could get opinions on if
it's too much.
i know mel, it's actually only our
families that don't know (minus my younger
brother, he figured it out on his own). I
could wear it all the time and just take
it off when my parents visit.

fine with white gold but nick picked out

Yes! I didn't even know pink sapphires
existed until he surprised me with the
ring. For our 1 year anniversary he got
me the matching necklace and then for
christmas he got me the earrings, but
they're the "created" pink sapphires. I'm
not good with earrings so I don't trust
myself with uber-expensive ones.

My mom told me I could have all her rings
when she dies (i know, morbid) but they're

I hinted very heavily that I wanted a
pink sapphire ring for .Valentine's last
year. Aaron went down there the day
before and, surprise surprise, they
were sold out. 
he always does that. He waits until the
very last minute. Unless they have a
super great deal on them this year, I
probably won't get one for a while. 
my engagement/wedding rings are yellow
gold. I wanted something that looked
traditional. Aaron's is titanium. But
for any other kind of ring, I definitely
want white gold.

bet the other person thinks she's a
lesbian.  when
people hear "partner" they think "gay",

normally, I refer to him as "my partner"

I feel stupid to say "boyfriend" when i'm
28 and he's 36 lol
but on a technical/legal level we are
"common-law spouses".
A throw back from the olden days when the
poor couldn't afford a wedding and so they
just lived together as man and wife.

years your actually legally married
