You still need to see a doctor to make
sure you have the best care. But, if you
are like me and have an appointment in
2009, this might help you get through the
days.
1. Could you have parasite? If you are
sure that you don't have ulcerative
colitis, try a hydrogen peroxide enema
with distilled water(look for directions,
it's important, I don't want any lawsuits)
. I followed up with yogurt full of
acidophil..... Something to replenish the
good bacteria. In the process, I took
some worm medicine (reese's pinworm
medicine, to be exact). I was feeling
better within 2 weeks. Your symptoms
could point at worms despite how clean we
feel we are. They're more contagious than
you think.
2. Did you know tissue can quiet gas?
Since sometimes the gas noises comes
backed up wind, you can try roll a little
bit of tissue paper and place it on the,
well, area. (and I do mean place it) it
does wonders, I promise. Test it first to
see how much you need (funny, isn't it)
3. Does your stomach seem to know when
the room is quiet? If you get easily
stressed out about this, try this
exercise. Breathe in while expelling your
stomach and breathe out while tuck in your
stomach. You will feel a certain rush
that will put you in a relaxing state.
Just make sure you catch the stress coming
on, the gas could already have made it to
the end, (but that is what the tissue is
for, huh)
