Does Anyone Get These Symptoms? Can Any One Please Help?!!! Posted: 02-06-04 16:26pm
Hiya im a 30 yr old female and over the
last 1 yr and a half ive been suffering
symptoms which are getting worse!!!!
Does this sound like diabetes-
>feel tired all the time
>go to the toilet more than most
people though I dont really seem to drink
loads
>my legs generally feel heavy and if
I do anything strenuous (this can be
anything from going upstairs and also when
I have sex) I get a pressure in my head
and feel really off balance
>i can experience shaking and cold
sweaty palms without warning this has
happened a few times in clubs and the
cinema even when ive not drunk any alcohol
and I dont take drugs
>i also get re occuring rashes (
usually every day) on my arms and legs
which are slightly raised but dont itch
unless I scratch them
>my stomach is always bloated round
the waist and ive beeen suffering from
really bad wind and constipation
does any body else recognise or have
any symptoms similar to these, I keep
going to the doctors but feel like im not
being listened 2!!!!!!
My condition seemed to have worsened
since I came out of hospital with athesma
while I was in there I was given a steroid
injection (hydro cortizone?) which I had
an allergic reaction to.
If anyone can offer any kind of help it
would be greatly appreciated as the
situation is really beginning to get me
down- I cant do anything I used to be able
to!! Thanks.

Hi, why have you waited for a year and a
half before going to the doctor and
getting a check up? Whatever you have
wrong with you will only get worse if you
continue this way. Two of your symptoms
could be diabetes related, going to the
bathroom friquently and being tired all
the time, being really thisty is another.
Why don,t you go to the doctor? A simple
blood test will tell whether you are
diabetic or not and you also need your
other symptoms addressed, ignoring them
won,t make them go away, they will just

Like gram said what are you waiting for,
the red flag. Go get checked tell your
Dr. And he/she will know what test to
run. Waiting to long can cause bad side
effects. Take care of # one and that is
you.

The legs or arms feeling heavy is also a
sign of diabetes. Mine would feel like I
was dragging concrete blocks. The
shakiness could be from going low. I
would check it out.
