Hey ladies this I know you're all smart in here so I need ur help :d I have a 113 kb jpeg pic that I need to make 100k or less ( jpg or gif) so iv tried going in paint and hp photosmart, and I just cant figure out how to do it! Plz help!

100k or less is usually avatar size so very small. I would resize it to about 75% of the orig. And try that.
