Yesterday my doctor stripped my membranes
and then I had a heavy pressure in the
bottom of my stomach that came and went
along with cramping that also came and
went now today I have no cramping at all
but I was just wondering what kind of
symptoms you had when you had your
membranes stripped like is it normal for
me have have pressure and cramping then
all of a sudden nothing

Yes, completely normal. You may have also
had some spotting.
Your doctor should have explained that
stripping membranes is a hopeful gesture -
and it does not push you into labor
especially if your body is not ready.
