Are you feeling any early pms/preg
symptoms or is it too early still? That
might tell you if you have post ovulation
rise in progesterone.
abbysmom - ff still doesn't say I have a
triphastic pattern. Alright, I need to
relax. |
well two days after my o pain I started
this backaches & headaches, I became
so gassy & most of the time feel
dizzy. My bbs are so tender & sore
these day. All these symptoms are still
there .
Today is cd23 dpo11 ( I guess ) & I
think my this cycle is going to be 28 day.
So my af should be here by 10th or
11th.
I really dont have much hope for a bfp
now. I think I am going to have af on
11th

Monkeygirl - have your cysts cleared up
yet? I hope you are on your way back to
normal.

Star - it means having three temperature
levels in the same cycle. Typically, you
have a higher temp after ovulating than
before. There can sometimes be a second
temperature increase between ovulation and
when af is due. That second temp
increase could be due to an increase in
hormones after implantation.
Anyway, my temp this morning was back
down. It is still above my cover line
but it no longer looks like a nice
pattern. I started getting mild cramps
today, too. I'm at 11dpo, so I could
conceivably start af at any time.
Vol - I think the only way to get an
increase in progesterone is to ovulate.
If your bb's tell you there is
progesterone in your blood stream, then
you probably ovulated. Of course, i'm
not a doctor.
Mg - when were you going to the doctor
again?

I'm testing saturday. That would be 15
dpo. I'm very tempted to test early, but
I don't want a bfn, especially since you
can't tell if it is a false negative.
My dh has a theory about the temp rise.
The vent blowing out the heat is on my
side of the bed. We have our thermostat
set up to start heating up our room about
an hour before the alarm goes off. The
past two nights have been very cold here
(not by alberta standards, but by dc
standards). We had a heat pump on the
first night and it blew all night long.
Heat pumps blow air out at room
temperature, so the air coming out of the
vent feels cold. We should have had
emergency heat on, which is just a fancy
name for regular electric heat. So on
the morning of the low temp, there was
cold air blowing out of a vent close to
where I was sleeping before I took my
temp. On the second night, we had the
regular electric heat on. This meant
that I had hot air blowing out of a vent
close to where I was sleeping before I
took my temp. I'm not sure how much of a
difference it would make.
I hope the temp is high because i'm
preggo, but I have to stay realistic.

Shorty - not too sure about the vent
situation, but I don't think it would make
a huge impact???!!!
I'll be rootin' for you on staurday
morning.......I hope to hear about a bfp
from you!!!!!! Alberta winters are
brutal......We're going through another
cold snap right now, so i'm hoping it will
end soon. I haven't seen the sun in days
and it's getting very depressing.
Baby dust and a bfp to you!!!!

I'm at work, but had to take a short break
to post.
My temp went below cover line this
morning. I did have to get up at 5 to
use the bathroom, but that shouldn't cause
such a big temp drop. Only one thing can
explain it.
work is really crazy today, with
unexpected stuff flying at me from all
corners. i'm
really in a bad mood. I shut my door so
i'd be in the quiet and would have an
easier time focussing on the six projects
open on my desk.
Af hasn't started yet, but you can be sure
that if she shows up by this evening, i'll
be relaxing with some wine. She didn't
show up early enough for me to have
caffeine at work, but hopefully i'll have
a relaxing evening.
okay, back to work for me.

No af yet, so looks like i'll be relaxing
with some hot tea. I'm tempted to take
my temp again just in case there was some
other explanation for my low temp this
morning.

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted much
guys. I went to my doctor today. He
doesn't think I have anything to worry
about. He says he couldn't feel any cysts
today so they are clearing up. I feel
much better. I just get pains every now
and then now. He told me to keep using
ovulation predictor kits at least for the
next few months or until I get pregnant
because he believes that opk is more
accurate than temping because so much can
affect your body's temperature. Man, that
was a really long run-on sentence.
Anyways, I am so waiting for my lh surge
which should be within the next two days.
Here's to wonderful bd'ing and lots of
baby dust!
Oh yeah! He told me to try 9-10 months of
trying and then to come back in if I was
not preggo yet.

I'm so happy for you, mg. I wish you the
best of luck and lots of baby dust in your
bd'ing this month!
i started spotting two hours ago. It's
extremely light. Af technically hasn't
started yet, but it should come at any
time. most likely when
i'm asleep. So, we'll have to try again
next month. I'm sad and obsessed with
figuring out if I can do anything
differently. I just have to take it in
stride and hope next month is my lucky
month.
Baby dust to everyone!!

Shortgeek - sorry she came. I know how
much that feeling sucks when you think it
might be your time, but nope, here she
comes again. For the past couple of
months, I get so depressed and cry at
every thing and wonder if it will ever
happen. I usually snap out of it in a
couple days - usually by the time she's
gone. Now i'm just looking forward to
trying again this month.
Good luck and tons of baby dust for this
time around.

I am so sorry shorty! I know how that
feels.
How is everyone doing today? I am just
chilling at home. I told all my teachers
that I wasn't coming back to school until
sunday. I figured one extra day out of
class wouldn't hurt that much. I have to
go to work tonight anyways so I need my
rest. :d

Shortgeek - i'm so sorry. I was really
pulling for you. I am right behind you
though. My spotting has increased and af
is right at the door i'm afraid. I wish
this were easier.
