oney - the bottle says you are to take one
pill every 12 hours (no more than 12 hours
apart). I don't know why you're bottle
would say differently. Are you sure you
read it right??!!!! I took one at 10am
each morning and again at 9 -
9:30pm.....About an hour before bedtime!!!
And remember to keep them in the fridge.
It says that on the bottle as well!
March sounds good to start taking them,
and yes, tuktoyuktuk (or however it's
spelt!!!) is worse then fort mac.....I

for some reason my bottle is different
!!!,
it says and I quote
" take two capsules approx one hour
before bedtime"
" be sure to stay on dosage schedule as
this increases effectiveness of ovulex"
i find it strange that this bottle says
different from the one that you had.
The amberoz I got for dh says one in the
morn and one at night before bed
i guess I will just follow what mine says
and see what happens.

Hey ladies
due to the fact I trust you all and I dont
feel like starting another post I figured
I would just ask my question here.
Well all day today I have been having
ewcm. I just ended my af on 1/31. Since
then my cm has been a little brown,
including todays. And I even had a little
spot of blood. What could this be. Im
not due to o until 2/15
any ideas?

Oney - that is soooo weird. I have never
heard of anyone getting that bottle with
those instructions before. I would e-mail
or call the 800 number and ask just to be
sure.
B - hmmm, definately too early for o like
you said. Sure it was an af you got? If
so, then the brown and cm may be some left
over / old blood coming out therefore
making cm seem like it's ewcm. Not sure,
unless you are o'ing really early??????
Sorry I couldn't have a better answer for
you. What do your temps look like?

Hi again,
i actually did start to take mine,
following what my bottle says, 2 @ night
as I found out dh will be around next
month at the proper time after all.
I did however e-mail to ask why our bottle
dosage would be different.
Waiting to hear back from them.
the pills are huge, I never could swallow
meds so I break them open in a shot glass
and take it with juice, not bad really,
makes your mouth a little dry though
for the first time in a long time I
actually feel hope returning. Trying to
keep postive and make this year the best
by getting a bfp!!!!

I used to have problems swallowing pills
as well, but somehow I just taught myself
to open wide and swallow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmm, wait, that doesn't sound very
good!!! Lol
either way, you are getting the good
stuff you need from them. Hope you hear
back soon. When you do, let me know what
they said. I'm curious now too!!!!!!!!!
Glad to hear that dh will be home on the
"right" days :p !!!!

really I hope that the same thing does not
happen to me. I will be getting them in
march. J......... Told me to take them
no more than 12 hour apart also!!
